State-of-the-art cutting and ultra-sonic welding capabilities help position the WSIFB operation in Asheville, NC to capitalize on new and more complex
commercial and government opportunities. As the U.S. military’s sole contract provider of army and marine poncho liners, the Asheville facility continues
to expand and vary its manufacturing portfolio by producing flier’s kit bags, staplers and an array of impulse merchandise sold to over 270 military
grocery stores worldwide. Employing more than 50 people who are blind or visually impaired, the Asheville location is ISO 9001
certified, attesting to its internationally recognized achievement in quality control.

With core competencies in apparel manufacturing as well as product assembly and packaging, the WSIFB facility in Winston-Salem is responsible for a
wide array of quality products, including military warm-up jackets, t-shirts, combat gear, various office supplies, mattresses and eyeglasses. Our Winston-Salem
location employs more than 200 people who are blind or visually impaired; these employees utilize 60,000 square feet of manufacturing space within a 110,000 square
feet building that also houses WSIFB’s nationally recognized high-tech optical services operation. Tracy’s Little Red School House, an extension of A Brighter Path
Foundation, represents 4,500 additional square feet of space on IFB’s campus. WSIFB has fulfilled the international quality control requirement necessary
to receive ISO 9001 registration.

Specializing in apparel, textile, and spiral bound notebook manufacturing, Arkansas Lighthouse for the Blind enables individuals who are blind or visually impaired to provide quality, on-time products and services to a diverse group of clients, including the federal government. From T-shirts for the U.S. Army, Navy and Coast Guard to quality paper supplies for private businesses, ALB products are a source of pride for our employees and a proven resource to our customers. Currently employing more than 50 people who are blind or visually impaired in a renovated 65,000 square feet plant, we are serious about our mission of providing meaningful employment to people who are blind and visually impaired in our community. We are located in the industrial park district of Little Rock, Arkansas, and are ISO 9001 certified.
